How will I access the class materials?

Shortly after you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email with the following information:

  • URL(s) to access the materials
  • Your user name and password
  • A unique license key for the materials

To be sure that your receive the email, please use your real email address when you check out.

Will my browser support streaming video?

The streaming videos require that your browser support Flash video. To view the videos, you must be online, with Internet access. To be sure that your browser will work, please play the sample video:

I have not received my access information. Where is it?

If you have not received the email with your access information within 48 hours after checkout, please check your spam folder. You may check on the status of your order by visiting your Google Checkout account. If you still cannot find the access information, please contact us.

May I share the access information with others?

No.The access keys given to you when you licensed these materials are unique to your order, and identify you as the user. Please do not share them with anyone else.

These videos are licensed for individual home or office viewing only. They are not authorized for any other use. Any public performance, copying, or other use is strictly prohibited. Duplication in whole or in part of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Is there a time limit on my access?

No. Your user name and password will be removed after one year of inactivity, but if you need more time, please contact us.

Do I need access to an IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) server?

No. You may view the videos without access to IBM i. If you wish to do the lab exercises, you will need access to an IBM i server, we can recommend a free service that will give you an account.

Do you include any printed or downloadable documents to complement the videos?

Yes. The presentations include downloadable PDF handouts and an IBM i library that you may restore to your server.
